Many candidates are not sure about their reactions. They are quick to answer, so there seems to be no connection between the questions asked and the answers. Senior HR Personal V Manjunath Rao said, "Your ability to communicate is what conveys your message to the interviewer. So make sure you think about the question, about the answer.
